🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • Canada

  • Selected international destinations (please contact us to confirm availability)

3. Shipping Time & Carrier

Typical delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: Varies by location

All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size and destination.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at service@brearo.com to start a return.
Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible U.S. returns)

  • Detailed instructions on how to return the item

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
