✅ What Our Warranty Covers
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase on most BreAro® products, covering:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Failures under normal and intended use

Early malfunctions or performance degradation not due to wear or abuse
If your product experiences a covered issue, we’ll provide:

We believe in doing right by our customers—and standing by the tools we build.
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to:

Damage from misuse, abuse, impact, or accidents

Products altered or repaired by unauthorized service providers

Damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)

Consumable components such as hoses, seals, filters, and nozzles (unless defective out of box)

🌎 International Orders
Our warranty applies globally. However:

Return shipping for warranty claims is covered for domestic U.S. customers

International customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective upon arrival
We’ll do our best to assist and reduce your out-of-pocket costs whenever possible.
🔄 Replacements & Exchanges
In most warranty cases, if a repair is not practical, we will ship a replacement unit. For partial issues (e.g., damaged accessories), we may ship just the affected components.
We do not require you to ship back small broken parts in all cases—we’ll work with you for the simplest resolution.
